Role OverviewReporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Assessment, this position measures operational data and links data to the vision of Student Life and the mission of Purdue. Create, modify and enhance reporting for Student Life in support of the operational and programming areas.
What You Will Do
Provide reports and summaries of data, and present findings to internal and external constituents. Manage metrics preparation, analyze historic trends and create dashboard reporting for Student Life to support strategic decision making and provide requested information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Experience with data management/reporting, data analysis/presentation, relational databases, data visualization tools, data query tools and basic statistical analysis
- Background with managing, building, and analyzing large data sets
- Course work in Data/Database Management, Computer & Information Technology, and Financial Management
- Experience and understanding of university operations, budgeting, financial management, and programming functions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, project management and customer service skills
