Job Description
The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to advise on best data practices, deliver dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in analytics, finance, operations, or systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Domo, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Beginner level proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and/or R or proven ability to learn new programming languages
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Independent worker with the ability to seek help or additional expertise when necessary
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation, focusing on delivering accurate and timely results to team members, coworkers, and management
