Role OverviewAs the leader of our Data and Analytics team, you will guide a talented group of analysts and engineers in designing and scaling solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will set technical directions for modern analytics practices and partner closely with Business Unit leaders, technical teams, and global partners to embed analytics into the organization's most important initiatives.

You will balance direct contribution to BI and analytics development with the responsibilities of building and growing a high-performing team. You will mentor and develop talent, manage service requests alongside proactive modernization efforts, and translate complex business questions into technical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL and Power BI
- Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, life sciences, financial services, etc.)
- Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise, including data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization
- Experience architecting scalable analytics solutions within modern data platforms (e.g., Fabric, Lakehouse, cloud ecosystems)
- Proven leader of high-performing teams, with experience developing talent and managing distributed resources
- Strong project management skills; experience working in Agile environments
- Strong business partnership skills, translating complex needs into impactful analytics solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance (HIPAA / regulated environments)
- Ability to operate and balance workload across both strategic and operational priorities
- Hands-on, “player-coach” mindset with willingness to directly contribute to complex analytics work
