Job Description
Hyatt seeks a Data and AI Product Manager to help build and scale the next generation of enterprise data, analytics, and AI-powered products. The role involves defining product vision, guiding the creation of world-class products, and fostering data-driven decision-making across complex business domains.

Requirements

  • Define product vision(s) and guide the creation of world-class products
  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver trusted, governed, and auditable data products
  • Guide data and AI product research, facilitate product strategies, design solutions, and guide Hyatt's agile development and product roll-out processes
  • Strong background and knowledge in production-ready data and AI product lifecycle development on modern cloud data platforms
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in guiding the strategy of data and AI products and its underlying data to ensure it collectively achieves business objectives
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise financial structures, including financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, valuations, ROI analysis and financial controls
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL development skills and experience. Python experience preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate difficult situations with competing stakeholder needs and across multiple audiences
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of modern data and AI Infrastructure and related processes, including basic cloud knowledge such as Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: master's degree in business (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related field
