Job Description
The Data Base Analyst will be responsible for communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, planning and directing employee work, and developing performance expectations. They will also provide technical expertise, guidance, and direction to team members, establish procedures for automation functions, and supervise staff through training and guidance.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work to meet established deadlines
  • Leadership techniques
  • Asset management experience with AMS, Asset Panda, and Volusia County Surplus portal
  • Basic networking knowledge to support desktop issues
