Job Description
Data/Business Analyst position requires 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics. The role involves complex reporting, analytics, and compliance support activities, as well as partnering with business units and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and enhance CRA performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Advanced Data Analytical, Business Analytics, and Computer Software skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of CRA regulatory framework, lending/investment reporting rules, and related compliance requirements
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets
  • Skilled in managing ad hoc requests under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings to multiple levels of leadership
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Programming and Software Skills - Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Power Point, Excel, (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on a team (Required)
  • CRA Knowledge (Highly desired)
  • Communication Skills - Verbal, Presentation, Written (Highly desired)
