Role OverviewThe Senior Manager will lead a large organization, managing department heads who own data center facility infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. What You Will Do
You'll be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing the operations management team, attainment of organizational performance goals, planning and executing infrastructure operations, and operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages, or experience as an acting operations manager
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- 10+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
