Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction or program management, with a focus on mission-critical/data center projects
- Experience delivering large capital projects ($100M+), ideally in hyperscale or colocation environments
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle delivery (feasibility through commissioning)
- Experience in an owner’s rep, developer, PX, or PMO role
- Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and critical infrastructure
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with permitting, entitlements, and AHJ coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP/CCM/LEED certification a plus
