Job Description

This role involves deploying server and network technology within data centers, requiring hands-on physical operations such as rack-and-stack, structured cabling, hardware break-fix, and asset management. The successful candidate will operate within formal change, incident, and access management processes, collaborating closely with engineering teams, vendors, and remote hands to support critical banking infrastructure.

Requirements

Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
Direct staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
Review and approve the planning and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Review and approve the design, configuration, and testing of computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and counsel organization on where changes will need to be made in the future.
Present system flow diagrams to organization and review and approve systems procedures.
Supervise systems implementation.
Supervise and assist in computer networking and computer operation functions.
