Role OverviewThe Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. The team collaborates with people across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
What You Will Do
The Infra Delivery Manager will prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators, manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages, manage the installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment, and guide, train, and educate staff on best practices.

This role will be physically based at our new MDD Pecos, TX site. The team is looking for a Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. The successful candidate will have experience creating reports, interpreting metrics, and driving overall insights or analysis, and experience in vendor management, data center technology, and/or TCP/IP networking.
Requirements
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics, and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience in vendor management
- 4+ years of experience in a data center technology role and/or 4+ years of knowledge in TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment
- 4+ years of experience in management/team lead function
