What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include pulling, dressing, and labeling cabling according to TIA/EIA standards, assisting in labeling and cable identification, and supporting cable testing using basic tools under supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience testing equipment/cabling, building out racks/cabinets, terminating onto patch panels
  • Basic understanding of RJ45 terminations and punch-downs
  • Comfortable working with color-coded wiring
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Willing and able to work days, nights, or weekends based on project needs
  • Ability to work on ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English; bilingual is a plus
  • OSHA 10 certification (required within first 2 weeks)
