Role OverviewThe Data Center Operations Associate is responsible for executing daily mission-critical service operations, infrastructure support, and safeguarding performance thresholds, strict audit tracking, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities include infrastructure deployment and hardware lifecycle management, incident management and technical support, and logistics and vendor coordination.
