Role Overview

The ATC Data Center Operations Administrator I provides hands-on support for all users and owners of physical equipment within the ATC data centers. The role involves troubleshooting, smart hands, and asset management, as well as handling external customer-facing cases.

Responsibilities include serving as a point of escalation for ATC Data Center Operations Technicians, troubleshooting LAN connectivity issues, and contributing to process improvements and documentation updates.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift between 5-50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to handle walk ups, direct messages, phone calls, and incoming tickets
  • Strong customer service demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Industry-related IT certification required
  • Secret Security Clearance or the ability to attain one is required
  • A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
  • 3+ years of Rack & Stack/Integration experience preferred
  • 1+ years of Datacenter Technician or equivalent experience required
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification required
