Role OverviewWe are seeking a technical Project Manager to manage the delivery of mission critical construction projects, and strategic initiatives within the Bloomberg Portfolio. The Data Center Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and commissioning of data center facilities and mission critical projects within the Bloomberg portfolio.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and manage all meetings, design process, construction, and commissioning of critical systems, including diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC equipment, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects in both live mission critical facilities and ground-up construction, with experience in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Critical Electrical, Mechanical and Fire / Life Safety systems, project planning and scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent work experience of ten (10) years
- Minimum five (5) years' experience working in the data center market sector
- Financial Project Management and Governance Experience greater than $50 Million
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Experience and knowledge within a data center environment including Utility Systems, UPS Systems, Emergency Generator Systems, Electrical Distribution, Chilled Water Systems, Critical Air Handling / Conditioning Systems, Pre-Action Systems and Fire Alarm / Protection Systems
