Job Description
We are seeking a Data Center Repair Technician - Tier 2 to join our team. As a Tech 2, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex device and network issues, executing rack uplinks, and maintaining fiber specifications and connector knowledge. You will also be required to participate in cross-training initiatives and communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
