Role OverviewThe Data Center Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment within the data center. This role supports Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs by ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, conducting inspections, coordinating safety training, investigating incidents, and working closely with operations, facilities, contractors, and vendors to minimize workplace risks.
What You Will Do
Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of data center facilities, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local safety codes, and company EHS policies, and investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in a data center, manufacturing, industrial, or critical facilities environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS best practices
- Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and safety management software
