Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Center Construction Manager, you will manage all activities associated with assigned projects, including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy, and warranty enforcement. You will work with clients and vendors to coordinate construction activities and ensure that all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and quality.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include managing project schedules, coordinating with the General Contractor, reviewing punch lists, and monitoring construction work progress. You will also provide engineering support and coordination of construction field activities with inspectors.
