Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • 10+ years of professional experience in building structures design and analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • Proficiency with BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc.
  • Strong understanding of tilt-up and precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with low embodied carbon materials and sustainable structural design approaches.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams.
  • Ability to interpret and apply national and local building codes.
