Role OverviewThe Site Quality Manager will oversee quality control and assurance on our data center construction projects. This position requires the Site Quality Manager to be on the job site in Turkey, Texas full-time.
What You Will Do
The Site Quality Manager will develop and enforce the project's quality control plan, conduct inspections, and verify that all electrical and mechanical work meets contractual specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements
- Electrical background preferred
- 3-5 years experience in quality control/quality assurance within a data center construction environment preferred
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical specifications
- Working knowledge of QA/QC programs, inspection processes, and industry codes and standards
- Willingness to be on site 100% of the time
- Proven history managing quality on multi-million-dollar projects
- 5+years of management experience
- Construction Management degree is preferred, but not required
