Job Description
The Site Supervisor is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of a specific account or site. The role is responsible for ensuring the success of the Partner's Controlled Contamination Services operations.

Requirements

  • Supervise and coordinate activities
  • Evaluates and verifies employee performance
  • Continually monitor data center cleaning operations
  • Responsible for ensuring staff training completion
  • Organize and lead assigned job SOW and procedures
  • Manage job resources
  • Identify technical, procedural and equipment issues
  • Recommend performance metrics
  • Identify deviations and follow through on corrective actions
  • Ensure jobsite supply inventory is satisfactory
