Lead and coordinate daily crew activities on active data center construction sites, oversee installation tasks, assign work, monitor progress, and troubleshoot field issues for technicians.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Experience with data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments
- OSHA 10 certification
- Scissors Lift certification
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
