The role will also involve maintaining the integrity of the system, resolving escalated issues, and providing support to other bureaus across the agency on analysis and reporting.
What You Will Do
Specific duties will include data quality analysis, report preparation, collaboration across bureaus, resolving escalated issues, monitoring daily inbound data feeds, researching competitive solutions, template creation, content administration, and providing support to other bureaus.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science related majors or at least two years of working experience in associated fields
