Job Description
Podium Education is seeking a Data Engineer to own the development and evolution of our core data systems, ensuring that data is reliable, accessible, and actionable across the business. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with modern data stack tools.

Requirements

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines across internal and external data sources
  • Develop and manage data models that support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making
  • Integrate data from platforms such as Salesforce, marketing tools, and internal systems into a centralized warehouse
  • Ensure data quality and reliability through testing, monitoring, and alerting
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable datasets
  • Optimize data pipelines and queries for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Support reporting and analytics workflows by delivering clean, well-structured data
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to scalable data practices and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, tooling, and workflows as the business grows
