Job Description
Capco is a fully independent, global management and technology consultancy. As a Data Engineer, you will work across Capco’s different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop approaches and solutions using the Microsoft data ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in data engineering with the Microsoft stack
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), PySpark/Python, and data modeling for analytics.
  • Ingestion & transformation patterns (CDC, SCD, incremental ETL/ELT)
  • Performance tuning, partitioning strategies, and file formats
  • Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse (or legacy SQL DW), Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault, Event Hub/IoT Hub
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices: Git, deployment pipelines, environment strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience in consulting or similar environments
  • Prior management consulting experience preferred
