Job Description
Himalayan Dog Chew LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Data Entry Associate to update and maintain information on company databases and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have essential data entry skills, like fast typing, with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and basic computer functions.

Requirements

  • Insert Customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check that the information entered is 100% accurate.
  • Review customer logistics and keep team up-to-date on customer requirements.
  • Order calculations and routing.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Scan documents and print files when needed.
  • Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address and malfunctions.
