Job Description
Join National Dentex as a Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at NDX Clearwater Dental Laboratory in Clearwater, FL. The role involves data entry, scheduling, billing, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases
  • Perform the scheduling function for each case received
  • Through LIS, enter demographics and customer information
  • Print preference notes matching to case
  • Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach
  • Assist with answering incoming calls
  • Make outgoing calls to customer’s offices
  • Respond to all inquiries from customer’s offices
  • Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction
  • Sorts and attaches doctor prescriptions
  • Responsible for properly packing all completed cases
  • Responsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shipping
  • Disburse cases for local drivers
  • Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes
