Job Description
The Data Governance Coordinator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and governing master data across Pilgrim's Pride Corporation within SAP and other enterprise systems. The role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data supporting various business functions, including live operations, quality assurance, supply chain, product development, and sales.

Requirements

  • Set up and maintain master data records in SAP and other enterprise systems
  • Process data change requests and ensure timely updates through established workflows
  • Support product lifecycle management by updating data related to new product introductions and changes
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards and external regulations
  • Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and improve data quality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and governance
  • Perform routine audits of delivered solutions to verify functionality and evaluate usage
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new data tools
  • Provide training and support to users on data-related processes and best practices
  • Assist with user access and security setup as needed
