Role OverviewAs a Data Governance Specialist/Lead, you will help build the foundation for the future of data and AI at RRD. You will spearhead the initiative to establish a data governance architecture to support specific AI use cases and establish scalable frameworks for future domains. This role requires strong soft and organizational skills, as well as the ability to jump into the data yourself to understand what is going on under the covers and deep in the databases.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include establishing strong foundations for enterprise data governance, standardizing and formalizing data-related standards, continuously assessing readiness for AI, evolving incrementally, building multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or with large enterprise data governance programs preferred
- Experience with Collibra, Informatica’s Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) or similar tools
- Experience with MDM tools is a plus
- Battle-tested in leading large scale, successful data standardization projects across messy, disparate systems
- Deep, practical knowledge of metadata management, data observability, and enterprise taxonomy design
