Job Description
This role will be part of our Data Analytics team, responsible for internal company analytics, as well as client-facing descriptive and predictive analytics products. The Data Insights Specialist will analyze data, develop interactive dashboards, and work directly with client and internal stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software
  • Experience with SQL and Snowflake
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data
  • Experience writing SQL and other code, supported by modern generative-AI
  • Experience working with data in Python (preferred)
  • Testing and QA experience (preferred)
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning (ML) (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in healthcare, specifically post-acute Home Health, Hospice, or Personal Care business (desired)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and document user requirements, and to communicate directly with customers
