Role OverviewThe Data Migration Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of assigned business software systems with a strong focus on data implementation, system configuration, and end-user support. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure accurate data migration, system functionality, issue resolution, and user adoption.
What You Will Do
Assist with software implementation projects, including data preparation, data imports, validation, and system configuration activities. Provide Tier II helpdesk support by troubleshooting application issues, responding to user inquiries, and resolving software-related problems in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related
- 1+ years experience as a Business Applications Administrator or in a related role
- Experience supporting enterprise business systems, ticketing platforms, or operational software environments
- Experience working with data imports, spreadsheets, reporting, or system configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and data-related issues effectively
