Role OverviewThe Data Monitoring Supervisor will oversee the data monitoring team to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data collection and reporting. They will develop and implement data quality assurance protocols and monitoring frameworks.
What You Will Do
The Data Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the validation, cleaning, and analysis of program and operational data, as well as monitoring performance indicators and generating dashboards and reports for internal and external use.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
- Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients
- 3 years of experience in data monitoring, analysis, or evaluation, with supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field
