Job Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) is seeking a Data Practice Analyst to support the early development of a scalable data practice within BITS. The role will involve identifying opportunities to improve data accessibility, quality, and usage, and providing advisory and consultative support to teams. The position requires a strong understanding of data practices, tools, and approaches, as well as experience with data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

  • Assess and document current data practices, tools, and approaches across BITS
  • Identify opportunities to improve consistency, reduce duplication, and simplify data use
