Job Description

Data Privacy Analyst, III at Jack Henry: responsible for ensuring data handling complies with privacy laws, conducting privacy impact assessments, and mitigating privacy risks. Remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

Requirements

Collaborate on the development and implementation of a comprehensive data privacy program
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and risk analyses
Monitor and audit data processing activities for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other regulations
Respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Support incident response for data breaches
Participate in the design and implementation of data privacy training for employees
Review vendor contracts and third-party agreements for privacy compliance
