Join a well-regarded Am Law firm as a mid-to-senior level associate in the Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice, advising on cutting-edge privacy and data issues in high-profile corporate and technology transactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in privacy, data security, or technology transactions
  • Strong transactional background (M&A, capital markets, or tech transactions required)
  • Experience advising technology companies or working with data-driven businesses preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and enforcement trends is a plus
  • CIPP certification is a plus
  • J.D. with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
