Job Description
Datasite is seeking a strategic and experienced privacy attorney to lead its legal efforts in privacy, data protection, and emerging AI governance. The role will provide expert legal counsel, guide compliance with evolving privacy laws, and help shape the company's approach to responsible data use and innovation.
Requirements
Provide expert and timely advice regarding privacy, data protection, cyber and AI related legal matters
Review and ensure compliance with Privacy laws and regulations
Manage Internal Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and AI DPIAs
Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) responses and records
Participate in investigations (internal and regulatory) and litigation regarding violations of Privacy laws
