Job Description
Data Science Associate collaborates with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to extract insights from data, build predictive and Generative AI models, and enable data driven decision making across the enterprise. The role involves developing and implementing machine learning models, evaluating model performance, supporting A/B testing, and presenting insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience applying data science methods to real world business problems
  • Strong SQL expertise required, with working knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Experience deploying models to production, including collaboration on ML Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, model registry, monitoring, feature stores) considered a strong plus
  • Auto finance domain experience, with hands-on experience in Cassiopae preferred.
  • Process modeling experience, including end to end workflow or business process modeling preferred
