Role Overview

The Cyber Data Science Engineer provides support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security, analyzing data sets and providing analysis and graphical presentations for IA compliance status reporting.

What You Will Do

Daily tasks include supporting Designated Authorizing Official Representative (DAO-R) and ConMon Validators in compliance decisions, importing and transforming data into usable sets, and providing analysis and graphical presentations of collected metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and cyber security, excellent communications skills, and experience with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python.

Requirements

  • Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Favorably adjudicated Polygraph
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced IA certification
  • DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM
  • Knowledge of and experience with RMF policies
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Office Automation Skills – MS Office, MS Project, Visio
  • Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision
  • Strong analytic and risk management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
