Data Scientist - Search, RecSys, Agents (Hybrid)

Requirements

• Design and implement Gen AI solutions
• Partner with ML Engineering, Personalization, Forecasting, and Decision Science domains
• Develop and experiment with NLP and representation learning techniques
• Develop ML systems to support AI assistants for conversational experiences
• Run offline evaluations and contribute to online experimentation
• Perform feature engineering across structured and unstructured data sources
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers to transition models from experimentation to production inference pipelines
• Analyze model behavior, diagnose failure modes, and iterate on data, features, and architectures
• Prototype and benchmark new modeling approaches informed by recent research
