Job Description
UWM's Data Scientist III role involves modeling complex problems, discovering insights, and identifying opportunities using statistical and machine learning techniques. The role requires collaboration with various business teams to leverage data and answer critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical analysis and/or machine learning
  • 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following tools: Python, MATLAB, Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, or other
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with teams
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
