Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise database environments while maintaining the highest standards for performance, availability, and data integrity. This role places a strong emphasis on protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) through encryption, access controls, and other data protection technologies.
What You Will Do
Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise relational database platforms, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle. Monitor database performance and system health, proactively tuning queries, indexes, and storage to maximize efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a closely related role.
- Strong hands-on experience administering one or more enterprise relational database platforms, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated experience implementing database encryption technologies such as Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), column-level encryption, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise key management practices and technologies.
- Strong understanding of database security principles, access controls, auditing, and data protection best practices.
- Experience designing and supporting backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability database environments.
- Solid knowledge of SQL performance tuning and database optimization techniques.
