Role OverviewWe are searching for a Database Manager to provide program data management, communications oversight, and technical support to the Virginia Infant and Toddler Specialist Network (VA ITSN). The Database Manager will maintain the VA ITSN database, review and complete year-end reporting, and create program codes.
What You Will Do
Maintain the VA ITSN database, review and complete year-end reporting, create program codes, enter and update participant data, and generate data reports of program operations.

This role requires prior experience in database development and management, supervisory experience, and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and graphic design software. The Database Manager will work independently and use initiative, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and develop effective working relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the combination of education, training and/or experience
- Prior experience in database development and management
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – especially Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Demonstrated skills and experience with graphic and design software and in using the internet
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions
