The role involves gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements, extracting and analyzing data, designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and presenting analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
What You Will Do
Gathers and documents business and reporting requirements, extracts and analyzes data, designs and maintains reports and dashboards, validates and reconciles data, automates recurring reports and data workflows, monitors data for trends and anomalies, and presents analytical findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Knowledge of state and local Human Services information systems and their reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Power Automate, Oracle, and related reporting tools
- Ability to automate and streamline reporting processes and workflows
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
