Job Description
The Database Specialist supports all data management functions within the Reintegration Department and plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized information for each individual program.

Requirements

  • Monitor funder communications and serve as the primary liaison for the department's data functions
  • Resolve issues of missing information and make recommendations for improvement to program management
  • Protect all confidential information in accordance with organizational policies, federal privacy requirements, and industry best practices
  • Partner and support the team to administer and collect survey responses
  • Input and maintain incoming participant profiles into database(s)
  • Support the functionality of data collection methods and ensure validity and accuracy of collection is maintained by team members
