Job Description
Daviess-Martin County REMC is seeking a Journeyman Lineman / Apprentice to perform tasks related to electric distribution line construction, maintenance, and service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing superior service to members, developing skills, and working under the supervision of the Line Superintendent and Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Class A CDL preferred
  • High school graduate
  • Certified journeyman lineman program
  • Thorough knowledge of cooperative / RUS distribution line standards, principles, and practices
  • Experience with rural electric distribution system
  • Ability to pass physical qualification
  • Adaptable attitude and team player
