Job Description
The Busser/Food Server Assistant assists the food server in serving guests at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, can lift moderate weight, and has previous experience as a Server Assistant, preferably at a fine dining establishment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Previous experience as a Server Assistant is required
  • Previous experience at a fine dining establishment is preferred
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to a moderate weight
  • Must possess refined communication skills
