Role OverviewAs a Day Habilitation Community Integration Professional, you will support individuals in developing socialization, community participation, and daily living skills. You will collaborate with a team to ensure the best possible care for those you serve, and creatively strategize ways for individuals to find employment that suits their skills, abilities, and goals.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include person-centered community engagement, goal-based skill development, behavioral support implementation, documentation and progress tracking, and safety and advocacy.
