Job Description
As a Day Lead Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of equipment, working hands-on with hydraulic, electrical, and air systems to ensure our fleet operates at peak performance. You will take ownership of safety protocols, follow all safety procedures, and monitor lubrication, fluids, and equipment condition to prevent safety risks or failures.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in a shop environment working with hydraulic, electrical, and air pressure systems
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Driver's License
  • Basic hand and diagnostic tools necessary to perform the job
