What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings, assess and monitor your patient's condition, administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies, provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed, maintain accurate documentation, and support families through education.

Requirements
- Current RN or LVN license
- Ability to provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
