Role OverviewThe Program Director oversees assigned Beacon locations to ensure that company goals, budgets, and clinical effectiveness targets are met. They support Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources for high-quality care, and keep department heads informed of staffing, compliance, and operational concerns.
What You Will Do
The Program Director plans and co-chairs monthly staff meetings, ensures the consistent application of policies and procedures, monitors Care Team Managers' workload, and reviews incident reports for timely submission to regulatory agencies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Master's degree in a related field
- Licensure in a related field (e.g. LCSW, LMFT)
- Certification in a related field (e.g. CCM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
