Role OverviewJoin our team and make a difference every day! As a Day Program Activities Facilitator, you will work in the community, providing person-centered support and helping individuals with developmental disabilities build skills, increase independence, and engage in everyday life.
What You Will Do
Transport clients to and from program activities, implement individualized service plans, assist with daily living skills, promote independence, and ensure the safety and well-being of each individual.
